HOW TO BOOK:

The booking of holiday apartments on our site happens through the payment of 30% of the total booking.
This amount can be paid through bankwire to the bank details which we'll send you via email.
The booking is considered finalized and the apartment calendars are blocked for the period in question only when the payment of 30% actually arrives in our accounts. To book the apartment it is enough to call us at one of our numbers or to send us an email.
The outstanding amount of the rent (70%) and the security deposit will have to be paid directly at arrival with the delivery of the apartment's keys.
In case of missing payment from the arrival, the booking could be cancelled.

WHAT THE RENT SUM INCLUDES:

For short term rental, from 3 nights to less then one month, the rent will include all the expenses of electricity, gas, water and the expenses of the condomium. For rentals longer then one month, the rent doesn't include the expenses of water, gas and electricity which will be calculated by the owner at the end of each month.
All the apartments include a change of linen for each guest for each week of stay. The apartment is already furnished with everything that is needed for the period of stay including pans, pots, plates, glasses and silverware. FURTHER SERVICES:

The agency makes available further services that can be of interest for our clients such as booking of shows, buying a pack of food and beverage for your arrival at the apartment etc. These services are not included in the rent but will be paid separately based on the cost of the service required plus 25% of the agency commission.

INFORMATION:

Once the apartment is booked, you will receive by email a pack of information which includes the exact address of the apartment and how to reach it, some information on shops and other services around the apartment, the useful phone numbers and other tips that will be useful to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

ARRIVAL:

At your arrival you will be received by a person who will give you the keys of the apartment and instructions on the apartment, devices and services available. In many cases it will be the owner directly that will receive you personally at the apartment.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

The arrival time is 2,30 pm and the departure time is 11,00 am. Keeping this timetable can be extremely important in case another client arrives at the apartment the same day that a client is leaving. When a client leaves our personnel needs to make the apartment ready for the new client including the full cleaning etc. Nevertheless we have the tendency to be as elastic as possibile to help the clients. We know sometimes it is difficult to arrive at the apartment at the exact established time and that airplanes and treins have the tendencies to leave not exactly at our orders. So we try to be as elastic as possible to make it easier for you.
In case your arrival, though, is earlier then 8,00 am or after 8,00 pm, we will ask you an additional fee of 50 Euros.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

The security deposit will be fully refunded within two weeks from your departure less the expenses needed to remedy any damage of the apartment, furniture and décor. The security deposit is needed to protect the agency and owner from any possible damage or from any need to do extra cleaning in addition to the usual one.
It happens rarely, though, that we have to keep a part of the entire security deposit.

CANCELLATION:

If the cancellation occurs up to 90 days before your arrival, you will be completely refunded less 2% for bank expenses.
If the cancellation occurs less then 90 days before your arrival, the payment of 30% of the booking will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less then 30 days before your arrival, the booking will be paid in full.
We strongly advise you to take an insurance that will protect you from unheralded emergencies that could prevent you from using your booking. There are insurance companies able to make an insurance for this for very small amounts.

CLEANING:

You will find the apartment perfectly clean at your arrival. At your departure the personnel will do a normal cleaning. This doesn't include washing plates left dirty, cleaning stains on furniture and carpets or the rests of a party all around the apartment.
